Leysan's career in hospitality and tourism began in 2007, and for nearly two decades, her work has been centered around people, exceptional service, and creating meaningful experiences.
Having traveled extensively and lived in different countries across multiple continents, Leysan chose Mexico as her home in 2012. After living in Playa del Carmen, Cancun, Tulum, and Mexico City, she eventually fell in love with Los Cabos, where she has proudly called home for over four years.
As a licensed real estate professional, fluent in English, Spanish, Russian, and Turkish, Leysan specializes in representing buyers from all over the world. Her work goes far beyond finding the perfect property.
Having relocated internationally herself, she understands both the excitement and the challenges of starting a new chapter in a different country. She helps her clients not only find the right home or investment opportunity, but also navigate the relocation process and confidently build a new life in Mexico.
One of Leysan's greatest passions is helping people feel at home in Baja California Sur. For her, real estate is about much more than buying or selling property. Outside of real estate, Leysan embraces everything Baja has to offer. She enjoys hiking, ocean safaris, scuba diving, staying active at the gym, listening to music, discovering hidden gems, exploring local restaurants, and visiting local farms. Her love for the region allows her to share authentic recommendations and help clients experience Baja beyond the walls of their new home.
