Glen and Tracey originate from South Africa and have two wonderful children: Savannah and Michael. Their love for travel and adventure is a constant, having lived and worked in multiple countries around the Globe. They have also gained citizenship in Canada and the USA over the past 20 years. They have a penchant for beautiful homes and currently live in the magnificent Cabo San Lucas area. We owned a residence and vacant site in Cabo at Rancho Paraiso for 9 years, since 2017. We recently decided to sell the property to spend more time at our residence in Wisconsin and to be closer full time to our family and grandchildren at our older age.

We listed our property with another real estate agent in mid 2024 and were extremely disappointed in the professionalism and marketing steps put forward. We knew it was competitively priced since Linn was an MAI appraiser in Wisconsin for 42 years and had bought sold various types of real estate as well over the last 52 years. We were also cognizant of what other competitive properties had sold for in our development and thought that a sale would occur within 6 months or so. During the marketing period, our property was never promoted on social media or elsewhere. We never received one offer after a year and thus we decided to go another route in listing our property for sale.

We interviewed the Muirs(Glen and Tracey) when we initially decided to sell and almost immediately knew we made a mistake by not going with them then. So, when the listing was up in May 2025, we decided to talk to them again about listing our property which we did then immediately.

I cannot say enough about the high level of professionalism and marketing plan that was carried out by them. Seeing the first aerial video promoting our property with the drone and a nighttime scene made us so proud of our property and made us want to buy it all over again. We also showed it to several of our friends who were totally awed by the presentation.
Immediately we could see a success story with the Muirs. But it was just not their sales promotion or marketing ideas that thrilled us but a complete capital gains strategy with a member of their team. Another highly professional and trustworthy person indeed.

So we listed our property officially about June 1, 2025. We knew it was slow season, so we did not have real high expectations regardless of the impressive marketing campaign they laid out. But these folks got right to work and showed incredible tenacity which included heavy social media and open houses with other agents and on site wine and cheese gatherings at our residence to promote the sale.
